Government\u00a0Law\u00a0College Model United Nations is one of the\u00a0<strong>oldest and most prestigious<\/strong>\u00a0MUN conferences in the country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The GLCMUN Society has been successfully simulating one of the biggest and largest MUN conferences for the past 11 years. This 12th Edition, we have chosen the theme as<strong>\u00a0&#8220;A Global Call for a Decade of Action to Deliver the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030\u201d<\/strong>, furthering the mission of<strong>\u00a0the<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Secretary General of the United Nations, Mr. Antonio Guterres who acknowledged and commended our efforts by sending us a message for the 12th Edition of GLCMUN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The\u00a0<strong>11th Edition of GLCMUN<\/strong>\u00a0had the privilege of hosting<strong>\u00a0Mr. Salman Haider, former Indian Foreign Secretary and former India\u2019s High Commissioner to London as the Key-note speaker for the Opening Ceremony while Mr Asok Ganguly, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, Dr. Anil Khandelwal, Author and former Chairman of Bank of Baroda and Mr. Ashwin Sanghi, an eminent Indian writer graced the Closing Ceremony.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We also Collaborate with the\u00a0<strong>Teach for India Foundation<\/strong>\u00a0to inculcate in students from the\u00a0<strong>TFI classrooms<\/strong>\u00a0diplomacy and the concept of United Nations.
