As reported by PTI<\/em>, An acid survivor filed a petition in Delhi High Court alleging that acid is still easily available in Delhi even after the Supreme Court’s guidelines regarding the said matter.<\/p>\n

Delhi High Court’s Division Bench comprising of D.N. Patel, C.J. and C. Hari Shankar, J., sought the Government’s response on the same.<\/p>\n

She has sought proper implementation of the Delhi Poisons Possession and Sales Rules, 2015 which impose restrictions on the sale of acid in the national capital.<\/p>\n
