Civil Procedure Code, 1908 with Limitation Act, 1963 alongwith\u00a0Special Amendments by Act 4 of 2016 and Commercial Courts Act, 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

The current 8th Edition of the work includes all the amendments brought by the CPC (Amendment) Act, 1999 and the recent Amendments through Act 12 to 2012 and Act 22 of 2002 at the proper place in the text alongwith the date of enforcement of the amending provisions.<\/p>\n

Also, the Code has been affected by the Commercial Course Act, 2015 (Act 4 of 2016) and recently by Amendment Act ( Act 28 of 2018). Special amendments in respect of suits relating to commercial disputes or specified value have been provided by this Act and they have been printed at the appropriate places below the provisions affected thereby for such suits.<\/p>\n
