Marked for their clarity and brevity, the assortment of articles, on inter alia the developments in commercial, securities, competition and corporate laws will be a useful addition to any library. Vital aspects of law have been analysed in the context of the contemporaneous judicial and legislative developments; the issues identified; the areas of concern duly flagged; points of view canvassed – all in a way as to liberate the thought for further study and research. A discerning reader could pick several invaluable leads for his or her onward march.<\/p>\n
