by Delhi&#8217;s Patiala House Court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Centre had challenged the stay on the execution of the convicts, which was scheduled for 01-02-2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>As reported by PTI<\/em>, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that: <span style=\"color: #008000;\">there is a deliberate, calculated and well thought of design by the Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case convicts to &#8220;frustrate mandate of law&#8221;
