Section 460 of Companies Act &#8212; shall apply to Limited Liability Partnership"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 67 of the Limited liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Central Government hereby directs that the provisions of section 460 of the Companies Act, 2013<\/span> (18 of 2013) <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">shall apply to a<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">limited liability partnership<\/span> from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Read Section 460 of Companies Act, 2013<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span id=\"Highlight_0003\" class=\"Highlight\">Section<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0004\" class=\"Highlight\">460:<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span id=\"Highlight_0005\" class=\"Highlight\">Condonation<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0006\" class=\"Highlight\">of<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0007\" class=\"Highlight\">delay<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0008\" class=\"Highlight\">in<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0009\" class=\"Highlight\">certain<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0010\" class=\"Highlight\">cases<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"j2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notwithstanding anything contained\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0019\" class=\"Highlight\">in<\/span>\u00a0this\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0020\" class=\"Highlight\">Act<\/span>,\u2014<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">(<i>a<\/i>) where any application required to be made to the Central Government under any provision\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0021\" class=\"Highlight\">of<\/span>\u00a0this\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0022\" class=\"Highlight\">Act<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0023\" class=\"Highlight\">in<\/span>\u00a0respect\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0024\" class=\"Highlight\">of<\/span>\u00a0any matter is not made within the time specified therein, that Government may, for reasons to be recorded\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0025\" class=\"Highlight\">in<\/span>\u00a0writing, condone the\u00a0<span id=\"Highlight_0026\" class=\"Highlight\">delay<\/span>;
