{"id":224450,"date":"2020-01-22T19:05:10","date_gmt":"2020-01-22T13:35:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=224450"},"modified":"2020-01-22T19:05:10","modified_gmt":"2020-01-22T13:35:10","slug":"cnlu-patna-36th-bci-moot-court-competition-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2020\/01\/22\/cnlu-patna-36th-bci-moot-court-competition-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"CNLU, Patna | 36th BCI Moot Court Competition, 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\":pk\" class=\"ii gt\">\n<div id=\":pj\" class=\"a3s aXjCH \">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The 36th Bar Council of India All India Inter- University Moot Court Competition, 2020 is going to be organized by the Chanakya National Law University, Patna from 28th \u2013 30th March, 2020.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Venue<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chanakya National Law University, Nayaya Nagar, Mithapur, Patna &#8211; 800 001, Bihar.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Date of Competition<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">28th to 30th March, 2020.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eligibility<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Moot Court Competition is open to all students enrolled in a LLB degree provided by a recognized University in India.\u00a0 A university will be represented by only one Team and the team shall comprise of 3 members.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Law colleges outside the Universities must get in touch with the universities to which they are affiliated to and get their nominations sent through Deans\/Registrars of the concerned University. The nominations received from the law colleges directly (instead of through the University) will not be entertained.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registration<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Teams should register themselves by sending the scanned copy of filled registration form and Demand Draft to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:bci.mcc@cnlu.ac.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bci.mcc@cnlu.ac.in<\/a>\u00a0on or before 30th January, 2020(23.59 hours\u00a0 IST).
