S.O. 176(E).\u2014<\/strong>In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the National Institute of Design (Amendment) Act, 2019 (38 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints the 13th day of January, 2020 as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.<\/strong><\/p>\n
