The Indian Journal of Arbitration Law (\u2018IJAL\u2019) regularly publishes contributions from experienced practitioners whilst giving due importance to theoretical work of academicians at the same time.<\/div>\n

ABOUT IJAL<\/div>\n
IJAL is a bi-annual, open-access journal published by the Centre for Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law (CARTAL).\u00a0 It is widely recognized as the leading Indian dispute resolution journal and an excellent source of reference in international arbitration.\u00a0 IJAL\u2019s Board of Advisers include the most preeminent authorities in international arbitration, including Mr. Alexis Mourre, Prof. Emmanuel Gaillard, Justice (retd.) Fali S. Nariman, Prof. Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler, Mr. Gary B. Born, Prof. Martin Hunter, Prof. Loukas Mistelis and Prof. W. Michael Reisman.
