S.O. 4590(E).\u2014<\/strong>In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Sh. Gautam Narayan, Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) for conducting the cases on behalf of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) before NIA Special Court, New Delhi<\/strong><\/span> for three years with effect from the date of publication of this notification.<\/p>\n
