S.O. 4570(E).\u2014<\/strong>In exercise of the powers conferred by section 435 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, with the concurrence of the Chief Justices of the High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital and High Court of Jammu and Kashmir<\/strong>, hereby designates the following Courts mentioned in column (2) of the Tables below as Special Courts, namely:-<\/p>\n

(a) for the purpose of providing speedy trial of offences punishable with imprisonment of two years or more as per clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 435 of the said Act, namely:-<\/p>\n
