In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, the Central Government appointed the 26th<\/sup> day of October, 2015 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force. And thus the Act came into force on 26th<\/sup> October 2015.<\/p>\n
