{"id":222095,"date":"2019-11-14T13:19:02","date_gmt":"2019-11-14T07:49:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=222095"},"modified":"2021-07-30T09:43:58","modified_gmt":"2021-07-30T04:13:58","slug":"amendment-that-permits-people-to-provide-a-different-address-from-one-in-aadhaar-as-current-address-for-the-purpose-of-kyc-notified","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2019\/11\/14\/amendment-that-permits-people-to-provide-a-different-address-from-one-in-aadhaar-as-current-address-for-the-purpose-of-kyc-notified\/","title":{"rendered":"Amendment that permits people to provide a different address from one in Aadhaar as current address for the purpose of KYC &#8212; Notified"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G.S.R. 840(E).\u2014<\/strong>In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 73, read with Section 11A and Section 12AA of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Prevention of Money-laundering (Maintenance of Records) Rules, 2005, namely:\u2014<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. (1) These rules may be called the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Prevention of Money-laundering (Maintenance of Records) Fifth Amendment Rules, 2019.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.
