Centre for Clinical Legal Education and Legal Aid Cell (CCLELAC)\u00a0of\u00a0\u00a0National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam\u00a0in order to promote its research and awareness activities takes this overwhelming\u00a0opportunity to announce you the 2nd edition of\u00a0National Law Quiz Competition, 2019<\/strong>\u00a0which will take place ON 15th November at the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam campus, Amingaon, Hajo Road, Guwahati- 31.<\/p>\n

It will give the law students an excellent platform\u00a0for grooming themselves as all-round professionals,\u00a0and\u00a0enhance academic knowledge regarding\u00a0law and foster interaction among students. The Centre emphasise\u00a0special efforts and vision need to put in to improve their communication and presentation skills and extracurricular activities for overall development of their personality. It also allows students to apply legal theories and knowledge in a practical conflicting situation. It is hope that event will help to assess the students\u2019 performance and to promote self-learning process.<\/p>\n

THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. It is open only for under graduate, post graduate students and researchscholars<\/li>\n
  2. There is no registrationfee.<\/li>\n
  3. No TA and DA will bepaid<\/li>\n
  4. Participants must bear their identitycards<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    PRIZES:<\/h3>\n

    1st<\/sup>\u00a0Prize: Rs. 15,000\/- Cash + Trophy + Certificate<\/p>\n

    2nd<\/sup>\u00a0Prize: Rs. 10,000\/- Cash + Trophy + Certificate<\/p>\n

    3rd<\/sup>\u00a0Prize: Rs. 5,000\/- + Cash +Trophy + Certificate<\/p>\n

    Consolation: All other participants will get Certificate of Participation<\/p>\n

    RULES FOR THE QUIZ:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The quiz shall be conducted in two rounds: Prelims and Finals<\/li>\n
    2. All the teams shall take part in the prelims, which shall be written.<\/li>\n
    3. The top teams from the prelims shall compete in the finals.<\/li>\n
    4. Top three teams from the Finals shall be entitled to the Prizes respectively.<\/li>\n
    5. In case of a tie, there shall be a tie breaker round at each level<\/li>\n
    6. The decision of the quiz master shall be final and binding<\/li>\n
    7. In case of any dispute, the matter shall be adjudicated by the Organising\u00a0committee
      \nonly after the conclusion of the quiz.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
