Eligibility<\/p>\n

Law students pursuing the three- year LLB, as well as the five years integrated LLB program, students pursuing LLM or PhD, Research Associates, Academicians, Educators, practitioners and professionals interested in the area are eligible to submit.<\/p>\n

Themes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The paper submissions and presentations by the author(s) must strictly conform to originality\u00a0within the broad theme of \u201cJurisprudential trends of Law and Society and its interplay with the Gender Spectrum”. A suggestive list of topics has been provided below in order to aid the participants; however, participants are free to include any issues within the main theme.<\/p>\n

    Submission Guidelines
    \nArticles- Manuscripts under this category should be within 5000-10,000 words long. The manuscripts under this category must be of a highly analytical nature where the author(s) arrive at a definite conclusion pertaining to the topic.<\/p>\n

    Case comments- Manuscripts under this category should be within 2000-5000 words long.<\/p>\n

    Book review- Manuscripts under this category should be within 1000-3000 words long.<\/p>\n

    Essay- Manuscripts under this category should be within 3000-5000 words long.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Abstract: Each manuscript must contain an abstract of not more than 300 words. This is inclusive of the above-mentioned word limit of 5000-8000 words.<\/p>\n
