G.S.R. 780(E)\u2014 <\/strong>In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of Article 146 of the Constitution, the Chief Justice of India hereby makes the following amendment to the Supreme Court Officers and Servants (Conditions of Services and Conduct) Rules, 1961<\/span>:\u2014<\/p>\n

I. The following be substituted in Column No. 5- Experience, if any, prescribed for the post
\nagainst the post of Director (Library) \u2013 Category No. 13:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Minimum 7 years composite experience with at least 2 years experience as Chief Librarian or in an equivalent post (in Level 12 of the Pay Matrix) and as Librarian (in Level 11 of the Pay Matrix) or in an equivalent post in any prestigious Library preferably a Law Library.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
