G.S.R. 774 (E)\u2014<\/strong>In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (1) and (2) of Article 371 D of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974, namely:-<\/p>\n

1. (1) Short title, extent and commencement<\/strong>.\u2014This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Amendment Order, 2019<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.<\/p>\n

(3) It shall come into force at once.<\/p>\n

2. In the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974, in paragraph 4, in sub-paragraph (3), for the words \u201cwithin a period of five years\u201d, the words \u201cwithin a period of seven years\u201d shall be substituted<\/span>.<\/p>\n
