The President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Sanjay Yadav, Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, to perform the duties of the office of Chief Justice of that High Court<\/strong> with effect from the date Shri Justice Ravi Shanker Jha relinquishes the charge as Acting Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court consequent upon his appointment as Chief Justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court.<\/p>\n
