Prof. (Dr.) Sarasu Esther Thomas has been appointed as the Registrar of NLSIU with effect from 1st\u00a0October 2019. The appointment took place after the resignation of Prof. (Dr.) O.V. Nandimath, who served the institution for 7 years.<\/p>\n

Office Order as issued by the Vice-Chancellor:<\/strong><\/div>\n
On 26th September 2019, Prof. (Dr.) 0 V Nandimath, the Registrar of NLSIU submitted his resignation letter to me to be placed before the Executive Council.<\/em><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I submitted this letter to the Executive Council on 28th October, 2019 which accepted it with effect from October 1st, 2019.<\/em><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The Executive Council directed me to begin the formal process of the appointment of the Registrar and to appoint a Registrar<\/em><\/div>\n
to begin work on October 1st, 2019.<\/em><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
So under Regulation 20 of the Schedule to the NLSIU Act, 1986 I am appointing Prof. (Dr.) Sarasu Esther Thomas to exercise the powers, functions and duties of the Registrar with effect from October 1st 2019 until the earlier of the following events:<\/em><\/div>\n

OR<\/em><\/div>\n
