No. L\/28\/09\/NALSA.\u2014<\/strong>In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 29 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), the <strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Central Authority hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the National Legal Services Authority (Lok Adalat) Regulations, 2009, namely: &#8211;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. Short title and commencement &#8212;<\/strong>\u00a0(1) These regulations may be called the<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> National Legal Services Authority (Lok Adalat) Amendment Regulations, 2019.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">In the National Legal Services Authority (Lok Adalat) Regulations, 2009, in Regulation 6A, for the words, \u201cjudicial officers\u201d, the words \u201cpresiding judges\u201d shall be substituted.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Ministry of Law and Justice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">[Notification dt. 28-08-2019]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F.
