Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad is ecstatic with the appointment of Prof. Dr. K. V. S. Sarma as the new permament Vice – Chancellor of the University. He took charge on 20 th August, 2019. Earlier, he was the Professor of Law at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad (from July, 2005).<\/p>\n

Previously, he was holding positions of Consumer Law Chair Professor (Ministry of Consumer Affairs, New Delhi) and Head Centre for Consumer and Competition Law at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. In Charge, LL.M (Corporate and Commercial Law).<\/p>\n

Presently, he is a Member of Stem Cell Committee (Legal Expert), Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad. He received the \u201cBest Teacher\u2019s Award\u201d from State Government of Telangana on 5th September, 2018. He was a permanent member of the Academic Council and the General Council, NALSAR University of Law (in the capacity of
\nProfessor of Law). He is a member of the Board of Studies, Tamil Nadu Ambedkar Law University, Chennai. He is a Member of Board of Studies, ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad. He is a Member of Academic Council, United World Law School, Gandhi Nagar. We hereby foresee that with Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. K. V. S.
