Dr Bendale has been working in BVP\u2019s New Law College since 2001 as a faculty and Senior Coordinator. She holds expertise in various areas of the law and her primary area of research is Property Law. The topic of her Ph.D. thesis is \u201cReflections of Legislative and Judicial Trends on the Concept of Property\u201d. She holds to her credit numerous research publications and presentations too and has been widely recognised for her pedagogical skills. She has won numerous accolades in her teaching career and her appointment to the post of Dean is a recognition of her abilities and
