Therefore, the\u00a0appointment to that office is required to be made.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justice S. Manikumar is the senior-most Judge from Madras High Court and has been functioning there since his elevation. Having regard to all relevant factors, the <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Collegium is of the considered view that<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>\u00a0Justice S.
