The terms and conditions of his service shall be governed by the Competition Commission of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and other Members) Rules, 2003.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Ministry of Corporate Affairs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>[F.
