Through the corpus fund received by the RBI, CSBF seeks to promote scholarship about the robustness and vibrancy of the banking sector, capital markets and other financial services. CSBF aims to build intellectual capacity in the areas of financial markets, corporate finance and related legal and regulatory issues by undertaking research and organizing events. CSBF is therefore pleased to call for submissions for its First Essay Competition.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Who Can Apply?<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Competition is open for law students- undergraduates and postgraduates.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submission Guidelines:<\/div>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li dir=\"auto\">All submissions shall be mailed to <a href=\"mailto:centerforbanking@nlujodhpur.ac.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">centerforbanking@nlujodhpur.<wbr \/>ac.in<\/a><\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">A candidate is eligible to submit only one entry.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Co-authorship is permitted.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Multiple entries from the same college are permitted.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">For the purpose of registration, participants are requested to fill a form, click <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/aDnk8FkFcb7ucM198\">HERE<\/a><\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">No registration fee shall be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The completed Essay along with Abstract, Covering Letter and Declaration Form shall be submitted by the candidate in the form of a soft copy (pdf Format) to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:centerforbanking@nlujodhpur.ac.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">centerforbanking@nlujodhpur.<wbr \/>ac.in<\/a>\u00a0on or before 21st September, 2019 [11:59 pm].<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The subject of the email while submitting the final essay should be \u201cEntry for National Essay Writing Competition\u201d.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">A cover letter shall be made as a separate document in pdf format and separately attached as a file in the e-mail along with the completed essay which shall consist of details mentioned below:<\/div>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li dir=\"auto\">Full name and address of the Candidate.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Name and full address of the Law school\/ university.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">The topic selected for the essay.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">E-mail of the candidate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Essay Guidelines:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The word limit of the abstract is 400 words, and the completed essay must be in the range of 3500-4000 words exclusive of footnotes (explanatory footnotes are permitted)<\/div>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li dir=\"auto\">All submissions must follow the 20th edition Bluebook system of citation.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Submissions must be in Times New Roman with font size 12 and line spacing 1.5<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Footnotes must be in Times New Roman with font size 10 and line spacing 1.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Submissions may be made in .doc\/.docx formats only.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Only original essays on the given topics that have not been published or have not been accepted for publication should be mailed.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Plagiarism shall result in
