{"id":218314,"date":"2019-08-18T10:36:20","date_gmt":"2019-08-18T05:06:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=218314"},"modified":"2019-08-18T10:36:20","modified_gmt":"2019-08-18T05:06:20","slug":"3rd-mm-national-moot-court-competition-17th-to-19th-october-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2019\/08\/18\/3rd-mm-national-moot-court-competition-17th-to-19th-october-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"3rd MM National Moot Court Competition, 17th to 19th October, 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Department\u00a0\u00a0of\u00a0\u00a0Law , Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University), Mullana &#8211; Ambala in organizing &#8220;3rd MM National Moot Court Competition-2019 on 17th to 19th October, 2019 .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ELIGIBILITY AND TEAM COMPOSITION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Eligibility<\/strong>: The Competition shall be open to students who are \u2013<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pursuing an integrated 5 year LL.B. programme in India or<\/li>\n<li>Pursuing a 3 year LL.B. programme in India.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Team Composition:<\/strong> Each team shall consist of minimum of two members and maximum of three members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the event where a team consists of three members then \u2013<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Such team shall designate two of its members as speakers and one as researcher at the time of registration itself.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Only one team can register from the same institute. If more than one team attempt to register, the team applying first will be registered.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Date of Registration<\/strong>: All the participating institutions have to confirm participation by sending scanned copy of duly filled registration form along with travelling and payment details to <a href=\"mailto:smcs.mmu@gmail.com\">smcs.mmu@gmail.com<\/a> on or before September 28, 2019 by 11:59 P.M.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<a
