It shall also touch upon various aspects of Tax law also.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate world is in a constant state of tranformation due to which the members of such a world have to embrace the dynamicity it poses.<br \/>\nIn the 21st century, organizations are driven constantly to reinvent themselves in order to compete in the global scenario. At the same time,<br \/>\nconsolidation as a growth strategy to achieve scale is driving Mergers &amp; Acquisitions to unprecedented levels.<br \/>\nThe competition showcases a fictional scenario, wherein a company under distress is to be saved. The participants will pose as members of a firm presenting ideas to the board members of the fictional company. Every team may consist of two speakers and one draftsman.
