The moot is organised by the Centre for Transnational Commercial Law at National Law University, Delhi, supported by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and the UNCITRAL RCAP, in collaboration with INSOL India and Society of Insolvency Practitioners of India (SIPI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The theme of 2019 edition is \u2018Corporate Insolvency Resolution\u2019 including issues on cross-border insolvency. Teams will be shortlisted based upon the quality of memorial submissions. Shortlisted teams will move forward to participate in the oral rounds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The deadline for registration is 31<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0August
