Here are the details:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><u><span lang=\"EN-US\">The 4th CARTAL Conference on International Arbitration at National Law University, Jodhpur<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Centre for Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law (CARTAL) at National Law University, Jodhpur (India) undertakes study and research in the theory and practice of arbitration through the organisation of workshops, guest lectures and conferences.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">CARTAL is organising the fourth edition of the annual international arbitration conference on the theme<b>\u00a0\u201c<\/b><\/span><b><i><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Navigating Murky Waters: Addressing Uncertainties in International Arbitration<\/span><\/i><\/b><b><span lang=\"EN-IN\">&#8220;<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\">from\u00a0<b>October 5-6, 2019<\/b>. The conference is\u00a0institutionally supported by ICC, AFIA, MCIA, CiArb, Bar Association of India, and Society of Indian Law Firms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The report of the third edition of the Conference held in 2018 can be found<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ijal.in\/node\/192\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/ijal.in\/node\/192&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1564892938590000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFY4Cc64poH5SiZpabNajRz9mh9zQ\">here<\/a><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Participation<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Participation in the fourth edition of the Conference is open to students of the second, third, fourth and fifth year of the five-year undergraduate law degree and second and final year of the three-year law degree.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Registration Fee<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Early bird registration fee of Rs. 1700<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\"> per participant is applicable for candidates registering till <strong>September<\/strong><b>\u00a010, 2019<\/b>. Following this,\u00a0<b>registration fee of Rs. 2200<\/b>\u00a0will be applicable per participant. This fee covers participants\u2019 accommodation and meals for the duration of the Conference.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"left\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">On successful participation, students will be provided with a participation certificate.
