Justice Ashok Menon,<br \/>\n2. Justice Annie John, and<br \/>\n3. Justice R. Narayan Pisharadi<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Collegium comprising of Ranjan Gogoi, CJ and S.A. Bobde and N.V. Ramana, JJ.<\/strong> carefully scrutinized the material placed on record. Having regard to all relevant factors including the observations made by the Department of Justice in the file, the Collegium is of the view that<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(1) Justice Ashok Menon <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(2) Justice Annie John, and <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(3) Justice R.
