Shri Inder Pal Singh Doabia,<br \/>\n6. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Shri Kamal Sehgal<\/span>,<br \/>\n7. Shri Puneet Bali and<br \/>\n8. Shri Vikas Bahl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the basis of interaction, material on record and having regard to all relevant factors, the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Collegium comprising of Ranjan Gogoi, CJ and S.A. Bobde and N.V. Ramana, JJ. is of the considered view that S\/Shri (1) Jasgurpreet Singh Puri, (2) Suvir Sehgal, (3) Girish Agnihotri, (4) Mrs. Alka Sarin, and (5) Kamal Sehgal are suitable for being appointed as Judges of the Punjab &amp; Haryana High Court.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As regards <span style=\"color: #008000;\">S\/Shri (1) Puneet Bali and (2) Vikas Bahl (mentioned at Sl. Nos.7 and 8 above), the Collegium is of the considered view that consideration of the proposal for their elevation deserves to be deferred. Collegium was also of the view that\u00a0 Shri Inder Pal Singh Doabia deserves to be remitted to the High Court.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Therefore, the Collegium resolves to recommend that S\/Shri (1) Jasgurpreet Singh Puri, (2) Suvir Sehgal, (3) Girish Agnihotri, (4) Mrs. Alka Sarin, and (5) Kamal Sehgal, Advocates be appointed as Judges of the Punjab &amp; Haryana High Court.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>[Collegium Resolution dt. 25-07-2019]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Supreme Court of India<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Proposal for appointment of 8 Advocates, as Judges of the Punjab &amp; Haryana High Court: 1.
