Saraf National Tax Moot Court Competition<\/strong>,\u00a0 announced to be hosted by the <strong>West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences<\/strong>, in association with the\u00a0<strong>All India Federation of Tax Practitioners [East Zone]<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The All India Federation of Tax Practitioners [\u201c<strong>AIFTP<\/strong>\u201d] is an all-India association of tax advocates, chartered accountants and tax practitioners. The aim of the Federation is to promote interest, awareness and career opportunities in the field of taxation among Indian citizens. AIFTP achieves its goal by organising conferences, seminars, education events and even moot court competitions. In furtherance of this, AIFTP has partnered with WBNUJS to organise a National Tax Moot Court Competition in honour of Justice Dr. B.P.\u00a0Saraf.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The objective of the Justice Dr. B.P.\u00a0Saraf\u00a0National Tax Moot Court Competition is to foster learning and development in the field of taxation law and student advocacy, by exposing students to experienced practitioners and academicians in the field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">This year, the oral rounds of the moot court competition are scheduled to be held from\u00a0<strong>20th to 22nd September, 2019,\u00a0<\/strong>at\u00a0<strong>WBNUJS, Kolkata<\/strong>.
