Mergers and Acquisitions<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Foreign Investment (Private Equity\/ Venture Capital and Debt Instruments)<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Recent trends in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Capital Markets<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>5. Contemporary Issues<\/p>\n<p>Structure: 15 Papers will be summited for the final presentations and they shall be published.<br \/>\nThere shall be a counselling session which will be conducted by Partners from Trilegal Offices for the exclusively shortlisted students.<\/p>\n<p>Submission guidelines:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Articles: should be around 4000-6000 words dealing with an issue in-depth and demonstrating a comparatively higher level of analysis. Co-authorship is allowed (Max. of 2).<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>2. Essays: should be around 2000-3000 words and cover a recent development.
