The review looks to understand the legal paradigm prevalent in India and South East Asia and how it affects finance and other cross border mercantile activities. The journal aims at giving an opportunity to legal academia, research scholars, legal practitioners and students to publish work that is at the cutting edge of doctrinal, theoretical, and empirical research.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>About our new \u201cSectoral Series\u201d\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">RFMLR is initiating discourse on various sectors of the Indian economy through the medium of blogs. Our aim is to analyze different sectors of the economy vis-\u00e0-vis recent and projected policy changes. The series shifts its focus every three weeks. After an overwhelming response for the first theme, the\u00a0<i>Ailing Aviation Sector<\/i>, RFMLR Sidebar is back with another sector of the Indian Economy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The next theme in the instant series is,\u00a0<b><i>\u201cProgressing Pharmaceutical Sector: A Legal and Economic Analysis<\/i><\/b>\u201d, and some of the suggested (not exhaustive) sub-themes are:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n1. The Biosimilar Segment: Recommended Policy Boosts<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a02. Rationalizing taxes in the Healthcare Sector: A need of the hour?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a03. Digital Healthcare: An upcoming investment avenue<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a04. Ayushman Bharat: Implications for the Pharmaceutical Sector<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a05. The Case for De-regulation: A bitter pill to swallow<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a06. Private Partnerships in Secondary and Tertiary Healthcare Sectors<br \/>\nOne best blog from each sector shall be featured under \u201cBest Blogs of the Series\u201d, as adjudicated by the Editorial Board.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Submission Guidelines:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1) The co-authorship is limited to a maximum of two authors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a02) All submissions must be in Times New Roman, font size 12 and Spacing 1.5<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3) Submission should contain endnotes instead of footnotes. All endnotes shall be in Times New Roman, font size 10 and single-spaced.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4) Word Limit for each submission is between\u00a0<b>1000 to 1300 words\u00a0<\/b>(exclusive of Endnotes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a05) The submission should be accompanied with a covering letter specifying the author\u2019s name, designation, institute, contact number and e-mail for future reference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6) All entries should be submitted in .doc or .docx format.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a07) All selected entries will be published on the RFMLR Sidebar at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rfmlr.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/rfmlr.com\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1562490467274000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEB8RJASoVjqoUJ1xo2T91HZ7pYrg\">rfmlr.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a08) A certificate of appreciation will be given to authors who have a minimum of 3 entries published on the sidebar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a09) The entries must be original, unpublished and an outcome of the author\u2019s own efforts. The plagiarism limit is<u>\u00a0<b>12%.<\/b>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">10) Please note that this series has sectors of the Indian Economy at its focus. All entries must compulsorily include a sub-heading dealing with the implications for the Pharmaceutical Industry as a sector of the Indian Economy, in light of the foregoing discussion on the theme chosen by the author(s).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">11) The authors by submitting their entry would be deemed to have divested the copyright to RFMLR. However, all moral rights shall remain with the author(s).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Citation Format\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nThe Bluebook, A Uniform System of Citation (20th Ed.) is to be followed for citation.
