India has joined three WIPO treaties designed to ease the search for trademarks and\u00a0industrial designs, helping brand owners and designers in their efforts to obtain protection for their own work.<\/p>\n
\u00a0WIPO Director General Francis Gurry received on 7-06-2019, India\u2019s instruments of accession to the Nice Agreement,\u00a0Vienna Agreement\u00a0and the\u00a0Locarno Agreement<\/strong> from Ambassador Rajiv K. Chander, Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations and other International Organizations in Geneva.
