The MoU was signed in January, 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Railways<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/pib.nic.in\/PressReleseDetail.aspx?PRID=1574110\">Cabinet approves signing of Memorandum of Understanding between India and Bolivia in the field of Railways<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The MoU will facilitate the exchange of information, expert meetings, seminars, technical visits and implementation of jointly agreed cooperation projects. The MoU was signed in March, 2019.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/pib.nic.in\/PressReleseDetail.aspx?PRID=1574107\">Cabinet approves signing of Memorandum of Understanding between India and Russia in the field of Railways\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The MoU will facilitate the exchange of information, expert meetings, seminars, technical visits and implementation of jointly agreed cooperation projects. The MoU was signed in April, 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Legal Metrology<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/pib.nic.in\/PressReleseDetail.aspx?PRID=1574099\">Cabinet approves signing of Memorandum of Understanding between India and Kyrgyzstan in the field of Legal Metrology<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Union Cabinet has approved a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Legal Metrology between India and Kyrgyzstan.\u00a0 The MoU will be signed on the sidelines of SCO from June 13-14, 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Exchange of information and documents relating to legal metrology;<\/li>\n<li>Develop a training programme for officials and non-officials dealing with the subject of legal metrology;<\/li>\n<li>Exchange of officials, experts and professionals for mutual cooperation in the area of legal metrology;<\/li>\n<li>Participation in Seminars, Workshops, Meetings, Attachment Learning Programmes, etc. in area of mutual interest, as may be appropriate;<\/li>\n<li>Establishment of requirements for pre-packaged goods and carrying out the state metrological supervision of pre-packaged goods;<\/li>\n<li>Review of the status of the rules\/regulations on pre-packaged goods.<\/li>\n<li>Sharing of experience in carrying out of metrological supervision in mutual settlements between producers and consumers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Astronomy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/pib.nic.in\/PressReleseDetail.aspx?PRID=1574104\">Cabinet approves signing of Memorandum of Understanding between India and Thailand in the field of Astronomy<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The MoU will lead to new scientific results, human resource development through increased scientific interaction and training, joint use of scientific infrastructure, etc. The MoU was signed in November, 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Health<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/pib.nic.in\/PressReleseDetail.aspx?PRID=1574093\"><strong>Cabinet approves MoU between India and Kyrgyzstan on Cooperation in the field of Health<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Union Cabinet, has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Health &amp; Family Welfare for signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Health &amp; Family Welfare of the Republic of India and the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of Health.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Scope of Cooperation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Memorandum of Cooperation covers the following areas of cooperation:-<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Strengthening of healthcare systems;<\/li>\n<li>Non-communicable diseases, communicable diseases and anti-microbial resistance;<\/li>\n<li>Development of hospital management systems and health information systems Hospital Management;<\/li>\n<li>Maternal and child health;<\/li>\n<li>Medical Researches;<\/li>\n<li>Exchange of experience in the transplantation of kidney and liver, cardiac surgery, oncology, orthopedics, traumatology, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Improving capacity of human resources in the field of health;<\/li>\n<li>Exchange of information and experience in the field of regulation of pharmaceuticals &amp; medical devices circulation;<\/li>\n<li>Exchange of experience and information on good practice of clinical trials of medicines and medical products;<\/li>\n<li>Integrated surveillance of diseases;<\/li>\n<li>Arranging visits for the experience exchange among physicians, nurses and IT-specialists;<\/li>\n<li>Exchange of experience on e-health;<\/li>\n<li>Providing\u00a0 opportunities\u00a0\u00a0 for\u00a0 health\u00a0 specialists\u00a0\u00a0 to\u00a0 receive\u00a0 training\u00a0 and professional development at the &#8220;India-Kyrgyz Center for InformationTechnologies&#8221; with further internships in the Republic of India;<\/li>\n<li>Health Tourism; and<\/li>\n<li>Any other area of cooperation as may be mutually decided upon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Implementation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Working Group will be set up to further elaborate the details of
