The CLD NUALS Securities Law e-Newsletter is a leading online newsletter in the area of Security Law. It features articles, case notes and opinions by experts in the area of Security Law. The Quarterly e-Newsletter also provides updates on the legal and regulatory developments in the area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CLD NUALS Securities Law e-Newsletter is now open for contributions for its Seventh Volume to be published in July 2019. Contributions to the e-Newsletter are welcome from all academicians, professionals and law students.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Topic<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The contributions must deal with a <strong>contemporary issue of securities law<\/strong> and must provide the author\u2019s novel take on the issue. Please note that the sub-themes provided hereunder are not exhaustive and submissions discussing the contemporary issues of securities lawwill be considered for publication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sub Themes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Credit Rating Agencies (Recent Developments).<\/li>\n<li>Norms for transfer of Securities in physical mode.<\/li>\n<li>Cybersecurity and Cyber resilience framework.<\/li>\n<li>Investment by Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI) in Debt Securities<\/li>\n<li>Significant beneficial ownership (Recent Developments).<\/li>\n<li>Physical settlement of stock derivatives.<\/li>\n<li>Valuation of money and Debt Securities.<\/li>\n<li>Permitting Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI) to invest in Municipal Bonds<\/li>\n<li>Regulation of Mutual Funds (Recent Developments).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Submission Procedure and Guidelines<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The word limit for the contribution is 800 to 1200.\u00a0(excluding footnotes)<\/li>\n<li>The article should be submitted as a Word Document (.doc\/.docx) and must be in Times New<br \/>\nRoman font size 12, line spacing 1.5 for contents and footnotes.<\/li>\n<li>The topic of the article and the name of the document shall be the same. It is to be noted that the document shall not mention anything about the author.<\/li>\n<li>Co-authorship is allowed (maximum 2 authors).<\/li>\n<li>The selected contributions will be published and all such contributions will be acknowledged in the newsletter.<\/li>\n<li>Plagiarism will lead to disqualification of the contribution.<\/li>\n<li>Footnotes shall be avoided and kept to a bare minimum (if necessary).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to facilitate independent, innovative dialogue on securities law and regulatory practice, we invite students as well as professionals to send in their entries to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cld@nuals.ac.in\">cld@nuals.ac.in<\/a>\u00a0on or before June 25, 2019 (by 11:59 pm).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The subject of the mail shall be \u2018Submission for CLD e-Newsletter Edn.
