S.O. 1892(E).\u2014<\/strong>In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council) Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Yemen Order, 2015, namely :\u2014<\/p>\n

1. Short title and commencement-<\/strong> (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Yemen (Amendment) Order, 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

2. In the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Yemen Order, 2015, in the Schedule, under the heading \u201cthe List established and maintained by the 2140 Committee\u201d, under the sub-heading A. \u201cIndividuals\u201d for \u201cYEi.003\u201d and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :\u2014<\/p>\n
