Motion for summary Judgment against U.S. Government"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As reported by media, Huawei has taken a step forward in the legal battle against the U.S. Government by filing &#8220;<strong>motion for summary judgment&#8221;<\/strong> in order to speed up the process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Background:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In March, Chinese Technology giant &#8220;Huawei&#8221;
