K. Patnaik, to hold an inquiry into the allegations made in the affidavits.to probe an advocate\u2019s claim that there was a \u201cconspiracy\u201d to frame Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi in a sexual harassment case.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.scconline.com\/post\/2019\/04\/10\/breaking-rafale-deal-centres-preliminary-objections-regarding-admissibility-of-the-leaked-documents-dismissed\/\">Rafale deal: Centre\u2019s preliminary objections regarding admissibility of the leaked documents dismissed<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No law enacted by Parliament specifically barring or prohibiting the publication\u00a0\u00a0of such documents on any of the grounds mentioned in Article 19(2) of the Constitution has been brought to Court\u2019s notice.
