    On the basis of material on record and having regard to all relevant factors, the Collegium is of the considered view that the proposal for elevation of Shri Krishnendu Datta, Advocate, deserves to be remitted to the Delhi High Court. The Collegium resolves to recommend accordingly.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The proposal for the elevation of Shri Saurabh Kirpal, Advocate is deferred.<\/strong><\/p>\n
