Three volumes of the e-Newsletter have been published till date. The main objective behind the e-Newsletter is to disseminate knowledge relating to the current affairs in the field of IBC. The e-Newsletter includes, without limitation, the analysis of the recent landmark judgments, legislative amendments, circulars, rules, regulations, relating to IBC. The e-Newsletter also perceives to include articles and interviews from students, academicians and reputed legal professionals practicing in the field of IBC.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Topic<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The contributions must deal with a contemporary issue of insolvency and bankruptcy law and must provide the author\u2019s novel take on the issue.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sub Themes<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Constitutionality of IBC.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cross-border insolvency (recent developments).<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deemed admission.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Effect of runaway bidders.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Group Insolvency.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submission Procedure and Guidelines<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The word limit for the contribution is 1000 to 1200. (excluding footnotes).<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submissions shall be in (.docx) format.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Main text: Garamond, font size 12, line spacing 1.5.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Footnotes: Garamond, font size 10, line spacing 1.0.
