It paves the way for much needed reforms in the insolvency sector while focusing on creditor driven insolvency resolution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, presents a half-day guest lecture on \u201c<strong>Understanding Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016<\/strong>\u201d by Padma ShriMr. T.K. Viswanathan, Secretary-General of the Lok Sabha, Government of India. \u00a0He was the Chairman of the Bankruptcy Laws Reforms Committee 2014 and he was responsible for drafting of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.\u00a0 He would also advice upon the prospects of choosing Insolvency as a career option for the potential lawyers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Venue:
