Prof. Paramjit S. Jaswal, Vice-Chancellor, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab and Prof. Nishtha Jaswal, Vice-Chancellor, Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla received \u201cAmity Academic Excellence Award\u201d during the 19 th International Business Horizon- INBUSH ERA World Summit 2019 organized by Amity University, Noida from 20-22 February, 2019. The VCs of RGNUL and HPNLU were honoured for their significant contribution to academics. Amity Academic Excellence Award conferred upon the VC couple recognized the recipients as \u201cprofound scholar,\u201d \u201cprofessional par excellence with an impeccable academic background and acknowledged them as \u201cefficient and effective\u201d in propagation of education and promotion of \u201cintellectual growth and moral development of the students.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0Prof. Paramjit S. Jaswal and Prof. Nishtha Jaswal were eulogised for their excellent and exemplary contribution to expansion of knowledge through publication of well-researched books and technical papers in national and international journals. Prof. Paramjit S. Jaswal, VC RGNUL, has thirty six books and over 70 research papers to his credit. He has a teaching experience of 36 years and research experience of 38 years. He specializes in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights and Environmental Law. A gold medalist and academician, Dr. Nishtha Jaswal has a teaching experience of 32 years and research experience of 34 years. She specializes in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights and Environmental Law. She has over sixty five research papers and six books to her name.<\/span><\/div>\n
