About the University:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab was established by an enactment of the State Legislature of Punjab (Act No. 12 of 2006).
\nThe University saw\u00a0light<\/span>\u00a0of the day in a Heritage building, situated in the heart of the town, known as Mohindra Kothi. This complex incidentally was also a court complex during the erstwhile rulers of Patiala.<\/p>\n

The university was relocated in the present campus, in the\u00a0back drop<\/span>\u00a0of lush green fields; which is a sprawling 50 acres; and is\u00a0a zenith<\/span>\u00a0in architectural and technological innovation and vision, conforming to the\u00a0twenty first<\/span>\u00a0century academic requirements of a professional institute.<\/p>\n

Not only the infrastructure,\u00a0the university in the last twelve years has<\/span>\u00a0created a niche amongst the top institutes, leave alone the law schools. It has been successful in imparting the best legal education and developing the overall personality of the students.<\/p>\n

About\u00a0Conference<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

New age Information and Knowledge Centers\u2019 are struggling with conflicts over surveillance, secrecy\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0protection of intellectual freedom in the new paradigm shift which is\u00a0privacy centric<\/span>.<\/p>\n

For effective digital transformation implementation, it is important it should be inclusive, coherent and a holistic approach towards digital rights policy proficient with\u00a0meteoric<\/span>\u00a0pace of changes.<\/p>\n

Digital preservation is a formal\u00a0endeavour<\/span>\u00a0to ensure that digital information of continuing value remains accessible and usable. It combines with three commissions together and integrates such as Policies, Strategies\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0Actions to fortify access to reformatted and born digital content.<\/p>\n

The paper submitted must not have been previously published or presented elsewhere. The Programme Committee will have the right to edit the papers.<\/p>\n

Selected papers will be published in the proceedings. The selected papers will be published as\u00a0edited<\/span>\u00a0book with ISBN number in print or digital format. Paper may be submitted in co-authorship.<\/p>\n

However, it is mandatory to register at-least one author of the paper who\u00a0wish<\/span>\u00a0to present paper. The paper may be submitted to\u00a0papericdt2019@rgnul.ac.in<\/a>,\u00a0icdt2019@rgnul.ac.in<\/a>\u00a0before 30th June 2019.<\/p>\n

The University facilitates\u00a0best<\/span>\u00a0hospitality including meals, conference kits and other educational material to its delegates. The fee excluding accommodation and stay charges for two categories of delegates are as under:<\/p>\n
