S.O. 802(E)\u2014<\/strong>In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Binod Kumar Panda, Additional Secretary (Retired), Government of Odisha to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962<\/strong> for all natural gas Pipelines of M\/s. GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Odisha.<\/p>\n

2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.<\/p>\n
