G.S.R.29(E)\u2014<\/strong>In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of Section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, namely:-<\/p>\n

1. (1) These rules may be called the National Company Law Tribunal (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
\n(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n

2. In the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, in Rule 71:-<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(i) In sub-rule (3), in clause (b) for the words \u201cCentral Government\u201d the words \u201cRegional Director\u201d shall be substituted.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(ii) In sub-rule (4), for the words \u201cCentral Government\u201d the words \u201cRegional Director\u201d shall be substituted.<\/p>\n
