{"id":209692,"date":"2019-02-08T11:30:49","date_gmt":"2019-02-08T06:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=209692"},"modified":"2019-02-07T20:21:57","modified_gmt":"2019-02-07T14:51:57","slug":"8th-rgnul-national-moot-court-competition-2019-march-29-31-2019-register-by-feb-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2019\/02\/08\/8th-rgnul-national-moot-court-competition-2019-march-29-31-2019-register-by-feb-15\/","title":{"rendered":"8th RGNUL National Moot Court Competition 2019 [March 29-31, 2019]: Register by Feb 15"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab is organising the 8th RGNUL National Moot Court Competition, 2019 from 29th March-31st March, 2019 at the campus building of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, Sidhuwal, Bhadson Road, Patiala-147001, Punjab.\u00a0This year\u2019s moot proposition is based upon the principles of Constitutional Law &amp; Criminal Law and the knowledge and skills of the participants shall be tested by the Hon\u2019ble judges and\u00a0practicing\u00a0advocates of the various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eligibility<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The participants should be enrolled in a five\/three year law course from a recognized University in India. The team shall comprise of 3 (2 speakers + 1 researcher) or 2 (both speakers) members. However, in case of a 2 member team, none of the speakers shall be allowed to appear in the Researcher Test.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registration Procedure<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The teams shall register for the competition by sending soft copy of the completely filled registration form (Annexure-I of the Competition Rules) to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:mootcommittee@rgnul.ac.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mootcommittee@rgnul.ac.in<\/a><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fees Details<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The participating teams have to pay a registration fees of INR 5,000\/-via a payment link that shall be forwarded to the teams after they complete their registration.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Important Dates<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deadline for registration (Soft Copy): 15th February, 2019 by 05:00 p.m.<br \/>\nDeadline for registration (Hard Copy): 20th February, 2019 by 05:00 p.m.<br \/>\nDeadline for seeking clarifications: 25th February, 2019.<br \/>\nDeadline for memorial submission (Soft Copy): 15th March, 2019 by 05:00 p.m.<br
