S.O. 503(E).\u2014<\/strong>In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of Article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:\u2014<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Forty-Seventh Amendment Rules, 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (2) They shall come into force at once.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. in the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961\u2014<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (a) in THE FIRST SCHEDULE, under the heading \u201c6. Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Vanijya aur Udyog Mantralaya)\u201d, for the sub-heading \u201c(ii) Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (Audyogik Niti aur Samvardhan Vibhag)\u201d, the following sub-heading shall be substituted, namely:\u2014<\/p>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201c(ii) Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (Udyog Samvardhan aur Antarik Vyapar Vibhag)\u201d;<\/p>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (b) in THE SECOND SCHEDULE,\u2013<\/p>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (i) under the heading \u201cMINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (VANIJYA AUR UDYOG MANTRALAYA)\u201d, under the sub-heading \u201cB. DEPARTMENT FOR PROMOTION OF INDUSTRY AND INTERNAL TRADE (UDYOG SAMVARDHAN AUR ANTARIK VYAPAR VIBHAG)\u201d as so substituted, after the entry 4A., the following entries shall be inserted, namely:\u2014<\/p>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 4C. Welfare of Traders and their Employees.<\/p>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 4D. Matters relating to facilitating \u201cEase of Doing Business\u201d.<\/p>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 4E. Matters relating to Start-Ups.\u2019;<\/p>\n
