PARAS DIWAN MEMORIAL INTERNATIONAL \u2018ENERGY LAW\u2019 MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2019\u2019. The competition is scheduled from April 5, 2019 to April 7, 2019.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">UPES School of Law has been successfully organizing Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International \u2018Energy Law\u2019 Moot Court Competitions since 2011. The competition aims at creating opportunities for learning and testing one\u2019s skill in the field of energy laws<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">We cordially invite teams from prestigious Law Universities\/Schools\/Colleges\/Institutions to participate in this prestigious Moot Court Competition, which shall, as we hope, give you an unforgettable enriching experience. We look forward to your participation in the 9<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0UPES \u2013 Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International \u2018Energy Law\u2019 Moot Court Competition, 2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Registration<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">For registering for competition, the registration form (link below) must be submitted online at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in\">mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in<\/a>\u00a0on or\u00a0before\u00a0<strong>February 10, 2019<\/strong>\u00a0and hard copy of the same shall reach our college by\u00a0<strong>February 15, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The Registration fee for the competition is Rs. 6000\/team that is to be transferred in favour of University of Petroleum &amp; Energy Studies via electronic means in the account details provided in the rule-book (link below).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">There is a team capping of 26 teams for this event.
